Most area lakes are in full swing for hard water fishin' Now. Fishing has been slow for Bluegills
on Wind Lake, where you can drive on 13" of hard solid ice. Crappies aer suspended in Deep water, or
shallow in weeds where you can find them. Lake Geneva is the exception, with 8 to 10" of ice and some
ATV travel. Trinkies, and Linn are producing perch ,crappie, and Gills. Weeds are hard to find in Geneva bay this year,
but where you find them, there will be fish.
Mona and me are headed for N MN. next week, and I'll report when I return.

Mn was excellent as always! Two days on Lake-of-the-Woods, and then down to deer River for a day
on Bowstring, and a Day on Jessie lake. We'll be back in The Summer!
